Biz & Keith — your Florida home base is ready this winter
The Ibis on Lot 1019 · Esplanade at Wellen Park
Thank you for spending time with us at Esplanade. The plan you described — part of the year here in Wellen Park, part back home in Ellicott City — has a perfect match: the Ibis villa on Lot 1019 at 13344 Santini Circle, a finished quick move-in home that’s ready November–December 2026, sized just right for the two of you with a real guest room for the boys, and easy to lock up and leave when Maryland calls. This page pulls it all together — the home, the lifestyle, how reserving works, and the direct link to hold Lot 1019. And yes — we saved room for Sundays. Let’s go, Buffalo.

A quick note before the details
Biz, Keith — thank you for visiting Esplanade. Plenty of people tour here looking for a house; you two are building something better: a two-home rhythm, with Ellicott City roots on one end and Florida winters on the other. That’s exactly the life the Ibis on Lot 1019 was made for — a villa, not a project, with everything on one floor and nothing to maintain outside your door.
And I didn’t forget the important details: there are two adult sons who’ll be claiming the guest room, and there’s a certain football team from Buffalo that owns your Sundays. The guest bedroom gives the boys a real room of their own when they visit, and as for game days — between the Bahama Bar & Grill, the Resort Club and a neighborhood full of football fans, your Sundays are in good hands down here.
So this page is built around your plan, nothing generic: the Ibis and why it fits part-time living, the room for family, a first look at the lifestyle calendar you’d be joining, and — at the center of it — the direct Lot 1019 reservation link from Taylor Morrison, so you can hold this home with a $100 refundable deposit while you talk it over. No pressure, and nothing is final at this stage.

The Home You Loved
The Ibis on Lot 1019
Quick move-in villa · Ready November–December 2026 · Lock-and-leave easy
Lot 1019 · Ready Nov–Dec 2026
The Ibis — your Florida home base
13344 Santini Circle · Esplanade at Wellen Park · Englewood, Florida 34223
The Ibis is a single-story villa that lives bigger than its footprint: an open great room and kitchen flowing out to the covered lanai, a primary suite with its own bath and walk-in closet, and a second bedroom and bath at the front of the home — a genuine guest suite, not an afterthought. It comes with the Concerto interior package already selected in the Coastal elevation, so the finishes are done and the decisions are made.
For part-time living, the villa format is the whole point. The community handles the lawn and exterior, the home is one story with no stairs to think about, and when it’s time to head back to Maryland you simply lock the door. When you return, everything is exactly as you left it — except the pool is still 82 degrees.

01
Part-time, perfected
Split the year your way: winters and long stretches in Wellen Park, summers and holidays in Ellicott City. A villa in a staffed, amenity-rich community is the easiest home in Florida to leave — lawn care, exterior upkeep and the Resort Club all keep running while you’re in Maryland, and everything’s waiting when you fly back down.
02
Ready this winter — no build wait
Lot 1019 is a quick move-in home, complete November–December 2026 with its Concerto finishes already in. No construction timeline, no design-center decisions — reserve it, close, and you could be watching the Bills from your own lanai before the playoffs.
03
Room for the boys
Your two sons get a proper second bedroom with its own bathroom down the hall — plus the great room, lanai and a community full of reasons for them to visit: the resort pool, pickleball and tennis courts, trails, and Gulf beaches minutes away. Fair warning: once they visit in February, Maryland winters may lose their appeal.
04
Sundays are spoken for
Bills fans don’t miss games, and Wellen Park won’t ask you to. Game days gather around the Bahama Bar & Grill and the Resort Club, the community calendar bends around football season, and you’ll find more fellow fans — and friendly rivals — than you’d expect this far south. Shout song optional but encouraged.
For Biz & Keith
Your Sunday headquarters, 1,300 miles from Orchard Park
We know the Bills are non-negotiable. At Esplanade, fall Sundays have a rhythm: a morning round of pickleball or a trail walk while the weather’s perfect, then the Bahama Bar & Grill and the Resort Club lounges fill up with neighbors, game-day food and drink specials, and every screen pointed at football. You bring the royal blue — the community brings the crowd.
And when the boys come down for a game weekend, there’s a guest room waiting, a pool for halftime, and a lanai made for the post-game recap. Let’s go, Buffalo.
